We are counsellors and mothers, who have carefully designed resources to help other mothers navigate their postpartum experience.

With 15+ years of clinical experience, we've seen what happens when mothers struggle adjusting to life with a baby. We know that you can't know exactly what your postpartum experience is going to be like. But establishing a plan, for yourself and with your partner, can go a long way in protecting your mental health and relationship during those difficult months ahead.
